pgr Stomach balloons out after eating food.
I have a moderately large tummy with some fat A tummy which does not show if I dress carefully. But my problem is that every time I eat food, my tummy comes out like a balloon. It would look like the stomach is now full of gas. But I do not have any serious gas problem also. Kindly advise me how to handle this problem and keep my tummy firm by also removing the fat.

The best thing you can do to avoid fullness in tummy and flatulence or gas is to eat less and light. Put a teaspoon of trikatu powder and heeng while cooking your vegetables or rice. This will improve your digestion and act as carminative. You will not face any gas trouble. You can also take rason vati to avoid indigestion, gas and fullness in stomach. Light diets and exercises will also help in reducing fat from your tummy. So avoid fast fried and oily foods. Drink four to five liters of water daily.

HI, I have a similar problem although my stomach is quite flat most of the time its when I eat certain foods my stomach blows up and I feel sick, I would say that you may have an intolarance to some foods and you should try eating a very basic diet and then re introduce other foods and see if any of those foods "make you blow up" as such. I would say stay away from processed foods and pasta and potatoes etc.. try to maintain a diet of just fresh foods and eat fish try to minimize steaks and chickens to maybe once or twice a week, also get active I use in house dvds to get fit such as arobics as it firms and pilates is great for firming and strengthening, if you need to shed kgs aswell though go on a daily jog and if you have a dog take him along too that way you feel more like you have to exercise your pet and you wont be so un motivated, once you get into a routine you will then find it easier, also discard any junk foods in the house so you are not tempted and use the extra money you would spend on junk towards something else. Do yogasanas that help to reduce your tummy. Daily walking is also a remedial for tummy firm.
