To the experts, I want to know what should I do to have a proper diet with without starving myslef and that uses proportions. And what natural supplements can I take to also keep thee weight off.

You should take sprouted grains, fresh fruits and vegetables. Fruit juices and vegetable juices are also good. Avoid fatty and spicy diets. Take light diets. Drink four to five liters of water daily. Harad, triphala, trikatu, guggulu are some of the well known and easily available herbs and herbal preparations for reducing and maintaining weight.A good exercise routine is very helpful in keeping body healthy and weight under control.
