nato37 Diet and Proportions
I have one more question. If I work out 30 minutes a day 5 days a week doing extreme fitness workouts. How many servings should I have a day from each food group, and Can anyone teach me how to diet properly. I really want to know how. Thank you this is very musch appreciated.

Diet and Proportions  
You should include carbohydrates, fats and proteins all in your diet. Carbohydrates and proteins should be in higher quantity than fats.Fresh fruits and vegetables have their own importance. Milk products or milk having dry fruits is very good source of energy for you. Good diet and regular exercise is a key to health. Take three timely meals. Avoid fast and fatty foods. Drink four liters of water daily. That`s all you need to maintain physical health.
