Ginger for Flu
Ginger and tulasi also known as holy basil is very effective medicine for common cold and flu like viral diseases. For best results and maximum benefits we should make a decoction of these medicines or a tea of ginger and tulasi should be taken two three times a day. These herbs helps in increasing body immunity agains viorals, bacteria etc and relieve the symptoms of pyrexia, nasal blockage and general body aches. Take lots of water and avoid cold items. Complete rest is also very good for speedy recovery.
