| i am suffering these problems from a decade. fost of all i dos't feel fresh and energetic in the morning after a good sleep at night. then whole day i feel tired, drowsy, less concentrated, avoide to mingle with family and friends,no charming, no happeness from anything. along with these i feel body stiffness, joints pain and head ach. all these problems may be minimum or maximum or moderate. if these problems are minimum or moderate it dos't affect my daily work at office and home. if these problems are more it affects efficiency of my work at office, difficult to maintain relationship at hom | |

| I basically recommend you to go for colon cleansing. Eat more veggies! In the long run, the only thing that’s going to keep this from happening is fiber. You should be eating 28-42 grams of fiber a day, which means fiber-rich veggies, not just a few supplements.
take an additional flax seed oil/fish oil tablet with dinner and that made all the difference for me. 1 with breakfast & 1 with dinner.

| I recommend you get off of eating processed foods. Eat Raw, Organic, Natural foods (the fewer ingredients, the better as a rule of thumb). This way, you can cleanse your body of all the chemicals that have glutted our food supply.
Also, GET OFF EVERYTHING THAT IS LOW FAT/NO FAT. These products have their fat content replaced by SUGARS, which cause fatigue due to overconsumption. Almost every commercially available food is now processed with sugars, so we get overloaded and end up with this diabetes EPIDEMIC worldwide. Watch your labels, we are adding sugar to almost every commercially available food now. So again,
I stress, get off commercial foods. Sugars include: (corn-syrup solids, sucrose, fructose, glucose, dextrose, galactose, lactose, maltose, invert sugar, raw sugar, turbinado sugar, Cane sugar, brown sugar, corn syrup, high-fructose corn syrup, maple syrup, molasses, maltodextrose, AND THE LIST GOES ON)
Regardless of what anyone tells you, dont assume fats are evil. Natural fats are great for you, in reasonable amounts. Many are necessary for your health, and they have many additional benefits including helping you absorb the nutrients from the foods you eat. Just avoid the man-made fats.
Increase your fiber intake.
When choosing Meats, get grass-fed organic meats from animals that have not been pumped full of antibiotics or steroids.
Supplement your diet with fish oil.
DRINK LOTS OF WATER. No juices, no coffees, no sodas, no slush puppies..Nothing but water. 16 glasses a day at least, or more. The majority of Americans are chronically dehydrated. A good way to tell if you're drinking enough is that your urine should always be clear if you are hydrated properly.
Exercising regularly will also boost your Mood and energy levels and even help a sagging libido which could spice things up with your partner ;) ;).
Follow this advice, and I guarantee you in a couple of weeks you will feel better than you have in years. I know I did!
