dallas severe pain during menstrual cycle
Hi, I have got severe pain during menstrual period & also my stomach will swell during those days. Can u pls tell me why & is there any home remedies for that?

Menstrual problems are not uncommon, almost every women today suffer problem related to it. Today, with so much pressure and stress in life has made man unable to cope up with it and the result is health problem. Menstrual problems too are due to stress and unhealthy life style. Given below are some of the helpful home remedies. Ajmoda or parsleys Ajmoda or parsley is quite effective and easily available home remedy for the treatment of menstruation problems. This is beneficial for those women who either have painful or no menstrual flow. The muscles in uterus contracts due to severe pain during menstruation, and this later cause irregular blood flow. Patient should take 1/2 cup of ajmoda juice. This juice can be taken with other vegetable extracts like carrot juice. One of the useful home remedies for menstruation. Adrak (Ginger) Ginger too is very useful in treating the menstruation-related problems like severe pain and little or no flow during the menstruation period. Take 2-3 small pieces of ginger and boil in a glass of water, boil until the water becomes half of its original amount. Add little sugar or jaggery if found difficult to drink due to its strong taste. Take this syrup at least 3-4 times a day. This is one of the best remedy for treating menstrual problems. Sesame seeds ortil tail Women with anemia suffer a lot during menstruation period. Til is a good home remedy for relief from severe pain during the menstruation period. It also increases the blood release during menstruation. Take 1-2 teaspoon of til seeds in a glass of water and boil it. Allow it to stand for some time, strain the mixture. Drink this mixture one to two times a day. This is one of the best home remedies for menstruation.

severe pain during menstrual cycle  
this is a very normal, your stomach swells due to having extra blood around that area, you might also notice a bit of a weight gain, it will go away soon after your period, pain is also normal. i suggest you take calcium just before you have your period (have a 'period schedule') that should help relieve pain.
