My joints click, is this a sign of early arthiritis? |
| Basically, when i circle my wrists my wrists click. Also, when i have had my knee in a sitting down 90 degrees position for about 30seconds, and i close that knee, in a motion where my foot goes to my buttocks, they knee clicks. What is happening, why and what can i do if it is a sign of early arthiritis? | |

My joints click, is this a sign of early arthiritis? |
| This is not necessarily an early sign of arthritis but I do know that it is a build up of cartilage and scar tissues in your joints.Try some joint medicines and see if that helps. I had to go to therapy for my knees cause they kept locking when I would sit on my knees. Try some exercises like lifting and tightening your legs for a few seconds and repeat add some ankle weights with these excercises. There are excercises for wrists too if you look on the internet. |
