Hello
Take 2 teaspoon any cooking oil n 2-3 cloves(crushed) n heat it n after few min's when it's bit cold then take cotton n dip it into the mixer of oil n clove n squeeze it into ur ear. But the mixer shouldn't be so cold.
And if you have it badly then must consult a Dr.

i m using it : 1 spoon curd, 1 spoon tomato juice, 1 spoon multani mitti, 1 spoon honey n little amount of Kapoor. Mix all these n make a paste n apply on your face. Hope it'll help u too. |

Hello
Use Mustured oil for massage in circular motion around ur Breast.
And eat two banana with one glass of water in early morning empty stomach. And sleep as after ur meal.
N try to keep ur self happy... don't think too much :).. Everything will be alright. Everybody have problems in life so just think positive n be obtimistic..
