HI, I have a similar problem although my stomach is quite flat most of the time its when I eat certain foods my stomach blows up and I feel sick, I would say that you may have an intolarance to some foods and you should try eating a very basic diet and then re introduce other foods and see if any of those foods "make you blow up" as such. I would say stay away from processed foods and pasta and potatoes etc.. try to maintain a diet of just fresh foods and eat fish try to minimize steaks and chickens to maybe once or twice a week, also get active I use in house dvds to get fit such as arobics as it firms and pilates is great for firming and strengthening, if you need to shed kgs aswell though go on a daily jog and if you have a dog take him along too that way you feel more like you have to exercise your pet and you wont be so un motivated, once you get into a routine you will then find it easier, also discard any junk foods in the house so you are not tempted and use the extra money you would spend on junk towards something else.
