Has your mother been tested for Addisons disease? If not, she probably should be. Its a disease that causes skin pigmentation changes, usually making a person look like they have a very dark tan, not neccesarily turning them black but that is just one of the symptoms. This is a serious disease so if it hasnt been ruled out then check it out. |

It really sounds like you could use an all around improvement to your diet as you probably have several deficiencies going on.
Constipation can be a lack of; fiber, calcium, magnesium or exercise.
Acne can be a lack of; vitamin A-C-E and B-5 or pantothenic acid. Using colloidal silver to wash your face at night would be a good idea, as well.
Your light and rare periods, mentioned with obesity could be caused by a thyroid deficiency, for which you can try some herbal remedies, like taking a raw thyroid supplement froma health foods store or some other source like that, or you can go to your doctor and get tested but your doctor may not be able to diagnose thyroid deficiencies. The tests they use arent very sensitive. I had a thyroid problem for over 10 years before it finally got bad enough for them to see it in a lab test result. But I knew way before then! Let me know if any of this helps but for me to be really helpful I need more specific information from you about additional symptoms and circumstances. |

I am sure you know acne is a bacterial skin infection. To kill the bacteria from the inside, take a daily supplemental dose of vitamins A, C and E, along with a balanced B complex vitamin. Wash your face and back with a colloidal silver soaked pad or cotton ball to help kill the bacteria from the outside. You can also take some of the colloidal silver internally. Its good for helping with all kinds of infections and viruses. If you have any more questions, let me know. |

Vitamin E is the best bet for increasing breast size without significant weight gain. Make sure you get the pure stuff, not the synthetic, in a capsule, and take it with a meal that has some fat or oil in it. |

Your son probably has post nasal drip that is irritating the back of his throat. The best way to cut that is pure orange juice. It only takes a few ounces to cut the stuff and quiet the cough. You should probably give him a little extra vitamin C everyday, too, if you can find a form he will chew or swallow. If he likes raw oranges its good to have one a day. If he has any congestion you can put a little table salt in your hand or his and have him lick it up. I do this for my son, he HATES otc cough/congestion medicines and I dont blame him or really like to give him that stuff, and he is old enough to take the salt in his own palm now, so he does that and his congestion clears up so he can breathe again. This will work for anyone of any age who is congested. The sodium helps your fluids to go back into the cells where they belong so you arent "stuffy" anymore. Its not permanent because your body will continue to use up the sodium, while your immune system is actively fighting, and you will get stuffy or runny again, so you usually have to do this until you are over your cold/flu/allergies or whatever. But its a lot cheaper, better for you and easier on you, than otc medicines, since the sodium is meeting a basic need your body, really your immune system, has when it is fighting something. |

I would advise you increase your protein intake and cut back as much as you can on processed foods and drinks. Protein will help meet your dietary needs and help your body to cope better with your lifestyle. It also sounds like you are having some bloating issues(feeling full after eating very little) that acidophilus would help with. I dont suppose your bowel movements are irregular, too? If so, that is another indication that you need acidophilus. You can get it at any health food or vitamin store and should take it right before you go to bed, whenever that is, and you will probably want to take it for a long time, maybe the rest of your life. A food source for acidophilus is yogurt, like Activia, and it would be a good portable food/snacking choice for you. |

We have successfully treated asthma by increasing vitamins A, C, E and B-5(pantothenic acid) and making sure that plenty of protein was consumed. Organs(like your lungs) need protein to heal and function properly. To figure out your daily protein requirement divide your body weight in half and that number is how many grams of protein you need daily.(If you weigh 180 then divide that by 2 and that equals 90. That would mean you need 90 grams of protein a day to support healthy muscle, organ and cellular functions.) I bet you will find you dont get nearly as much as you need everyday. Herbs, like garlic, are great if you are already pretty healthy, but you have a chronic condition that may not respond very well to herbs, without the full basic backup of foundational vitamins and good nutrition. So take those vitamins and eat your meat. If you are vegetarian find the alternative sources, like beans and whatnot, but make sure you get enough protein in daily. |

Bruising is caused by blood cells not having enough elasticity to retain their integrity under duress. An increase in vitamin C is called for to help heal and prevent future bruising. If you bruise often and easily you should probably take supplemental vitamin C for the rest of your life, but if this is a rare thing then the occasional supplement, once a week or every couple of days or so, should be sufficient. |

Try real vitamin E capsules, make sure you dont get the synthetic. You can buy a bottle of the oil, kind of expensive, or buy the capsules and puncture them with a clean needle or pin. Squeeze the oil onto your scars, massage it in, and do this as often as it seems to "dry" out or not appear shiny/oily. Probably at least 3 times a day. You can take the vitamin internally, as well, and it will help from the inside out. I would only recommend an internal intake of once a day, though it is a nontoxic vitamin, so more wouldnt hurt you but it wouldnt be cost effective, at any rate. |

Try taking a supplement of vitamin E, get the real stuff not the synthetic, twice a day. Caution: it works very well. I was taking E for another condition, its great for all kinds of things, and had to stop taking it because it inreased my libido so much. Not good for an unmarried person... but great for you and hubby! |
