Sheetal, I think your husband should stop using chemical soap. tell him to go for neem soap and it is best if he puts 'panchavalkal kwatha' into his bath-water.
certain ayurvedic medicines like khadirarishta and manjistharistha is good as one of my uncle received and got cured quickly |
