Hi every one who know how to procure ur skin from acne completely and permanently.
BUT 1st thing I wanna share wht I m going to tell u is not easy bt its inexpensive and give u result slowly but permanent result.If u realy wanna ur skin clear than u have to follow my following steps.if u culd this u will get success over ur acne.
1. At morning daily take some exercise which get u sweat.By this ur blood circulation will increase .It make ue skin clear n remove all dead cell under face skin.when will u get sweat u can wipe it softly wid soft towel.dont let it dry again on ur skin.
2. After exercise rest 4 10 minuts.and Drink 2 big glass of luckwarm water.Mix each glass water wid half lemon n one spoon honey.drink both glass of water.Never throw lemon peel into dustbeen.Rub these on ur face before bath.

Hi every one who know how to procure ur skin from acne completely and permanently.
BUT 1st thing I wanna share wht I m going to tell u is not easy bt its inexpensive and give u result slowly but permanent result.If u realy wanna ur skin clear than u have to follow my following steps.if u culd this u will get success over ur acne.
1. At morning daily take some exercise which get u sweat.By this ur blood circulation will increase .It make ue skin clear n remove all dead cell under face skin.when will u get sweat u can wipe it softly wid soft towel.dont let it dry again on ur skin.
2. After exercise rest 4 10 minuts.and Drink 2 big glass of luckwarm water.Mix each glass water wid half lemon n one spoon honey.drink both glass of water.Never throw lemon peel into dustbeen.Rub these on ur face before bath.
3. Take bath after exercise after 20-30 mins.Wash ur face always wid Glycirine based soft soap or facewash nothing else.Dont wash ur skin wid facewash and soap more than 2 times in a day.
